Dull v zenit. Not a shot v city and this performance so far. We are in serious trouble creating, very worrying.

Strange game Matt.

We have bossed the ball but created very little. Very predictable patterns of play with the clearest chance falling to Lukaku on his left foot who blasted over the bar.

Very slow build up out wide with Dave and Alonso as wingbacks.

Pleased for RLC and Barkley who both lies bright but no Werner was a surprise.

They celebrated like they have won the competition but then they can say they have beaten the holders.

I always admit to my biased opinions but Chilly is far superior to Alonso.

I disagree that Chilwell is far better than alonso. Depends o the opposition and state of the game. If we are chasing goals alonso offer more but if we are defending a lead or trying to see out a game Chilwell maybe be preferred . one is faster and maybe little more defensive but alonso has a better football brains. alobso can play as a striker because he's that vasatile and better on the ball and keeps possession.
