Eds thanks for all your input during this transfer window.

A few questions just out of interest:

1. We all know Marina but how many others are in her transfer team?

2. Where is the base of transfer operations? I'm presuming it's not done face to face. Is it done mainly by phone or text?

3. When you are attempting to sign a number of players at the same time as well as sell players and organise loan deals, do individuals work on one case separately? So for example yesterday, who worked on the Saul deal and who organised departures on loan?

{Ed002's Note - 1. It is not structured like that. 2. It varies club-to-club and depends whether clubs are buying or selling - a lot is face-to-face. 3. I am not going to name individuals but there are not continuous discussions going on about multiple players at any one time. So for Saul an offer was submitted very late Tuesday and rejected Wednesday and as far as I know there were a few calls and a later offer after a discussion at the club. Clubs are not sat around all of the time negotiating - agents can do most of the leg work.}

It's so nice to hear you talk about these aspects of the game, Ed.
What I do not understand is how you know all of this stuff, seemingly about most top European teams. Your connections must really be well founded!
Thanks for providing a lot of great insight and detail both before, during and after transfer windows!
