Disappointed with the result, although the performance was better but not good enough. We needed a better reaction.

I didn't like the formation. Kanté so high up the pitch doesn't work. 433 doesn't work. Jorgi in the middle doesn't work.

CHO was solid through out the game. His passes were perfect. He should start from now on.

With just 1 win in 5 games, the pressure should be on FL and rightly so. We are actually playing worse than last year. I'm not sure what's wrong but maybe too many new players and not having a preseason is an important factor, but I think we are also playing very predictable.

According to a report from BILD and RMC sport, Tuchel is now considered for the manager position. I certainly don't want Frank out but the sings are not positive and RA is not a patient man.

It was a bad game from rudiger, Christensen, jorginho and a terrible game from the referee.

The first 3 slowed down the play so much that it allowed villa's wingers to cover our wingers. Secondly Mendy should have saved that ball. But overall not a great game considering we still don't seem to move the ball faster and get caught out time and again on counters/ free kicks.

Referee was horrible to add to our woes. Grealish in particular was allowed to carry on his theatrics right thro the match and he leaving the leg on Christensen before their goal was a clear foul and don't know why var didn't have a look at it. This is encouraging him to do these things more. Secondly mason mount actually stood despite a foul in their box but was not rewarded penalty as he stood and took the shot though he lost balance and angle on the ball. This is penalizing good behaviour and players would naturally be tempted to fall over rather than play at any instance of a contact. also many of his foul calls were questionable. Overall very terrible standard of refereeing the game.

Also Fl needs to ball up and drop jorginho moving forward. He does not add anything to the team and makes us weaker.

Thanks mate. I would like him to be given a better chance and see what we can do in January. If we are able to add Rice and change the formation to 4231, I can see us getting better results. The main problem for us is the that very uncreative midfield which is very weak at the same time.

I know, but we must not forget that. It had a very strong impact on our team because we had so many new players coming in. But yeah, after more than 22 games overall, we shouldn't be without any kind of idea.

I assume if FL doesn't change the formation against City or whoever we play next and we get anything other than a win, he'll be closer to the sack, which is so sad.
