According to Ian McGarry, Chelsea will go all out for Declan Rice after they've signed a GK.

He did note however, that Rice, if the deal can be done would be used as a CB not a midfielder.

Thank goodness Ian McGarry is a tool. Man reported Liverpool had agreed a fee for Werner at least 6 times.

That podcast is very hit and miss. They often sensationalise stories. For example Werner and Ziyech were both going to be subject to last second bids too oust Chelsea.

Then again, they were on top of the city FFP story long before most of the media (a year)
