If I'm reading right and kante kovecic doesn't work, then kante isn't the one who should go, it's the one with 3 assists and two goals in two years.

100% shouldn't even be up for discussion. Lone DM isn't Kante's best position or role but he offers more protection for the defence than any other player we have.

LondonBlues90; I don't think your point of Kante offering more protection for the defence than any other player Chelsea has got is correct. I think it would have been better if you said that Kante is supposed to be the player that offers more protection to our defence than any other player we have.

I agree with Obina.
Plus, Kova doesn't have any resale value. He is not a world class player. But Kante has that resale value if we move him on now. Sometimes it's hard to accept things like that but I think Frank and the management team knows it as well.
