So Pep Guardiola will be prioritising the Newcastle match and could be resting key players vs Chelsea.

I hope that is the case and we take full advantage if it. Mind you, Man City C squad is more than good enough to topple teams.

Sorry shak but I feel that is such a negative message.
I'd rather have us play the best teams day in and day out.

The youngsters need to compete with the highest quality players to improve.

We got to challenge for the title next year and this will mould them.

I say bring it on.

I agree our youngsters need to compete with the best, however given what's at stake, I would rather win at any cost tomorrow. Any favourable selection by Pep will give us an advantage and I'll take that 100%. Who wouldn't if it means we keep our 5 point buffer from 5th?

There is no denying that City have a squad that is a lot more experienced and more importantly full of quality which would overwhelm our young team.

To build for next season we need top 4. So I'd take a Pep favour tomorrow not that it would be intentional.

We won’t be challenging for the title if we can’t sign a few big players, and we won’t sign a few big players if we don’t get the champions league. The easier the games are the more chance we have to get that champions league spot. Sometimes ideals have to be put to one side in order to compete or survive, (Think Rafa interim role)

What a ridiculous comment, we have just agreed to sign Timo Werner while having no gaurentee of champions league football next season.

And you think that was easy, literally the entire football world was in nearly had a heart attack with shock when we signed him. Let’s see us pull off 2 or 3 more of them.
