Hi Ed001,

I'm curious as to what will happen if on hearing the appeal CAS were to find Chelsea innocent of F. I. F. A's findings and subsequent 2 window transfer ban?

I'm not suggesting We are innocent by the way, just wondering.

Let's say the Club know they have broken the rules then why bother appealing. However if they are confident, I assume it's because they have strong evidence in their favour. So why not request a Summer Window suspension?

Are the Club appealing as a matter of principle?

Thanks in Advance.

KTBFFH!

{Ed001's Note - there is a lot more to it and there is no way for me to know what will happen or could happen. It would be baseless speculation.}

Thanks for the swift reply Mate, much appreciated.

Do You think more details will come out after the hearing or do You think We'll be forever speculating?

I don't know whether these hearings are a matter of public record or not.

KTBFFH!

{Ed001's Note - there will be details released I am sure, unless both parties agree to non-disclosure.}

Way I read Ed is we definetly aren't innocent but we are appealing the punishment rather than the crime
As other clubs have done the same and weren't given same punishment.

{Ed001's Note - it is not quite that simple.}
