So. The club have now appealed to CAS after all.

I would've taken the ban now as Jovic should've been the main target. But as he's joined Madrid I thought we'd have been fine with loanees returning for the other spots.

Guess we'll see what happens.

Apparently we have not applied to freeze the ban in the mean time.

Don't know if this is true but CAS can freeze the ban themselves unless we've asked them not to. Personally i think we'll start serving the ban this summer but hope CAS will reduce it to one window so we'll be able to buy players come January.
