Ramires was awesome, but Mikel really has looked like a new player since he came back from the ACN. Definitely looking like he deserved the new contract.

On yeah agree that Ramires legs and work rate brilliant I'm thinking to make us more solid. Concede less. Second half we were amazing. Looked like we were playing for our lives. Second ball fighting for it. Oh and rio is a coward and I was praying more than ever Torres scored at end

Ive been mikels biggest hater trust me, but today he made some important tackles, but he still had some sloppy passes and a few missed tackles.

Mikel can't play those defence splitting passes but what he can do is break up play well, since acn he's begun to look forward when he breaks play up and gets it to the 3 AMs rather than passing back to the defence.
