Reports that we've now made an official offer to Atletico for Saul, initial loan with an option to buy next summer in the region of 34-40m.

If there's any truth to this, it just seems like a win, win situation for us. We get Saul on loan for the season, he does well and we buy him next summer. He doesn't impress and he goes back to Atletico!

Seems a very good bit of business if we can pull it off and if it's true of course!

Ed002, great to hear your confirmation. Although there's talk of United also being interested in Saul, so I guess we shouldn't get too ahead of ourselves just yet.

Although it would be a great addition to our midfield if we can pull it off!
