Hi Ed, wondering if there was any update on Tammy's situation? I seem to remember you saying that he needed to make the decision re Roma yesterday, but could be wrong. I'm in Hong Kong so timezones could be at play 😁.

Hmm leaves Chelsea in a weak spot. Roma will move on to other targets as Tammy wants Arsenal. Arsenal on the other hand can drag it out, and come in with a lowball bid towards the end of the window.

Either Chelsea then refuse the low offer and will lose him for less in January or next summer, or we accept a fee that's well below what a player of Tammy's level is worth. No good.

Yeah I think Tammy wants Arsenal but I doubt they will bid what Chelsea are asking. I believe Chelsea will prefer Tammy going aboard than strengthening a prem team.

Thanks, personally I would rather him stay than go to Arsenal, I'm still kind of hoping he will come tonight senses and stay, Tuchel seems to be willing to give him a shot. Or is it too late for that now?

Honestly Mike, I would like him to stay. He can surely learn a lot from Lukaku, both on the pitch and off of it.
But he won't have much game time that's for sure, especially with the 343 formation.
On the other hand, he can win a lot and do it with his friends.

I’m not sure if it was just about money. My guess is and I think Ed eluded to it, it was more about guaranteed playing time and that is something I’m not aware we have ever given.

Anyway, I’m sure he is moving onto pastures new.
