Hi Ed002,

I was hoping I’d be able to appeal to your generous nature and ask of a list of potential outbound players, whom actually have current interest from elsewhere?

I completely understand if you don’t have the time for such things at the moment, or indeed if you simply don’t wish to divulge the information.

Thank you either way for your time!

{Ed002's Note - Gone:
Willy Caballero (G) out of contract.
Jamal Blackman (G) out of contract.
Jamie Cumming (G) loan to Gillingham.
Nathan Baxter (G) loan to Hull.
Fikayo Tomori (CB) Will join Milan.
Levi Colwill (CB) loan to Huddersfield.
Marc Guehi (CB) moved to Crystal Palace.
Dynel Simeu (CB) Younster will head to home town club in Southampton.
Henry Lawrence (RB) The youngster will go on loan. Numerous offers but Wimbledon will win out.
Tino Livramento (RWB) moved to Southampton.
Victor Moses (RWB/RW) Spartak have a €5M obligation to buy the player if they make CL. He has already left.
Juan Familia-Castillo (LWB) will go on loan to Birmingham.
Ian Maatsen (LWB) loan to Coventry.
Billy Gilmour (CM) loan to Norwich.
Marco van Ginkel (CM) PSV.
Lewis Bate (CM) Moved to Leeds.
Conor Gallagher (CM) Loan to Crystal Palace.
Luke McCormick (CM) Wimbledon.
Myles Peart-Harris (AM) moved to Brentford.
Danilo Pantic (AM) Partizan
Izzy Brown (F) Preston.
Olivier Giroud (S) Milan.
Jayden Wareham (S) Woking.

Potential outgoings:

Kepa Arrizabalaga (G) could yet leave.
Andreas Christensen (CB) may be available in the summer if he does not agree a new contract.
Matt Miazga (CB) Is available.
Malang Sarr (CB) Fenerbahce want a loan and that seems to be a very good option if the club decide against keeping him in the squad. A decision will be taken in pre-season.
Kurt Zouma (CB) is available.
Ethan Ampadu (CB/DM) no firm decision but another loan is likely.
Davide Zappacosta (RWB/LWB) will be sold. Inter are interested.
Emerson Palmieri (LB) Napoli want him - but only on loan initially. Juventus interest has probably drifted and Inter prefer Alonso over Emerson. Mr Mourinho has asked Chelsea directly about him but there have been no detailed discussions.
Marcos Alonso (LB) Interest from Inter and particularly Atletico Madrid - but they will want a loan with only an option to buy and Chelsea would not want that. Potential cheap option for Barcelona.
Baba Rahman (LWB) interest from PAOK and Augsburg. Will stay if Alonso and Emerson leave.
Tiemoue Bakayoko (DM/CM) available.
Trevoh Chalobah (DM/CM/CB) WBA have asked for a loan to buy but a decision needs to be made if he is to be sold or not. Lorient want him back and Montpellier and Lens would be open to buying at the right price. Whilst discussing other players, Crystal Palace asked after his availability. Chelsea cannot offer him game time.
Danny Drinkwater (CM) ideally sell him but may need to drop to the Championship if he stays in England. Else he will be loaned for the final year of his contract or released if the club can agree a deal with him.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek (CM) Interest from Aston Villa, Southampton and Crystal Palace – will likely stay.
Mateo Kovacic (CM) Seen as an option for Inter who have asked for a loan with an option to buy - want to keep the deal separate from any other discussions. Will likely stay.
Ross Barkley (AM/CM) will be available for sale. Newcastle offer an option, probably on a loan to buy basis, and the thought is that West Ham or Everton may offer a loan option. Knuckle-dragging bonehead Chelsea want shot of.
Tino Anjorin (AM) Could potentially be sent on loan - no decision just yet. Chelsea would like to keep him on the books.
Emran Soglo (AM/W) Chelsea kiddie seen as option to Olise for Bayern.
Callum Hudson-Odoi (RW/LW) Chelsea are more than happy to move him on but the interest of Spurs, RBS, PSG and Bayern Munich has gone. Borussia Dortmund asked Chelsea about his availability last summer - but they did that as he was on a very long-list of potential Jadon Sancho replacements - and isn't any more. There are no obvious buyers out there right now.
Hakim Ziyech (RW) The coach is open to him leaving and he will be off to AFCON. Milan have enquired but expect him to stay.
Timo Werner (LW/F) A third party has suggested to Borussia Dortmund that they should ask for TW as part of any negotiations over EH. It won't happen. They have also suggested that if Chelsea were to offer TW and €30M for Kingsley Coman then Bayern Munich will be interested - but the requested salary of KC would be a problem.
Kenedy (LWB/LW) Grenada have an option to buy but money is an issue for the club. Chelsea will be reasonable and find a way to make it work - perhaps an agreement over future loans but as part of the City Football Group their way forward is to take loanees from Manchester City, as they have done with Herrera. This has opened the door to Flamengo who have been given permission to have him train with them. There is a little something convoluted going on that should see him return to Brazil.
Ike Ugbo (S) Doing very well at Cercle Brugge who would like to make the loan permanent but they know they face interest from Rostov (who had a €4M offer turned down), Marseille, Schalke, Fulham, Sassuola and Genk. Monaco have also asked Chelsea about his availability, as have Feyenoord. Genk will win out if they accept a buy-back.
Tammy Abraham (S) Was asked to sign a contract extension but is being a bit of a prima donna and a bitch which the club won't tolerate so the club will let him leave in the summer if an acceptable offer is made. Potential option for Wolves and Aston Villa but both have preferred options. West Ham have a huge list of potential striker options and have repeatedly failed to resolve their issue - they may come in to play. Borussia Dortmund asked Chelsea about his availability but it seems unlikely even though they have missed out on their preferred striker option. Newcastle, Arsenal and Milan may provide a wildcard options but Milan has preferred targets. Is being offered around.
Michy Batshuayi (S) Crystal Palace had an option to buy but did not take it up. His agent will be looking for solutions, ideally in Germany or France but the only firm offer is from Trabzonspor. There have been a number of enquiries, including one from Milan, about taking him on loan but that would mean another one year extension, like last summer.

Well, when I asked this I didn’t really expect to hear any news at all. And even if there was an update I expected a much smaller amount of information to be shared.

Thank you so much Ed. Made my day. I pray you get no grief for this.

I hope you’re having a good summer, whatever you are up to!
