Ed002, is there any truth that we're looking to bring Eden Hazard back to the bridge? Thanks!

{Ed002's Note - Eden Hazard (LW/RW) Real Madrid have problems one way or another with all of their wingers and there is no guarantee any will be at the club next season. He will be another that Real Madrid listen to offers for and they have already approached Chelsea. There is someone senior at Chelsea advocating his return to the club which I understand would suit the player - but the club are already making efforts to sign another - so don't expect anything to happen.}

The thing about Hazard is that although he might be a squad upgrade on a player like Ziyech, since moving to Spain he has been hit with injuries and he is not going to be the same again.

celeryking, I agree. Even if we do bring Hazard back, he's just not going to be the same player anymore.

With full confidence and injury free Hazard can obviously still be a very good and creative player, just nowhere near what we saw a few years ago in his prime at the bridge. That burst of acceleration just looks like it's gone, and once it's gone it's not coming back.

Hazard maybe injured but class is permanent and I believe he only needs little time to regain shape and fitness and the rest is history. i will bring him back imo.
