Ed is there a chance bakayoko could play for chelsea this coming season I always thought he s a really good player I know he didn't have best of times before but I would like to see him back playing well.

{Ed002's Note - It is possible but the preference is to sell him.}

Trevor Chalobah is better and will do a better job than Bakayoko for me, I think we should stick with Chalobah if our DM options prove too expensive. I pray T. Chalobah can impress Tuchel in our ungoing preseason training.

{Ed002's Note - It is very unlikely.}

I pray we don’t sell Chalobah though even if it’s unlikely he stays with Chelsea this season. I think there’s really a powerful CDM in him and his height makes everything about him even better.

{Ed002's Note - Trevoh Chalobah (DM/CM) WBA have asked for a loan to buy but a decision needs to be made if he is to be sold or not. Lorient want him back and Montpellier and Lens would be open to buying at the right price. Whilst discussing other players, Crystal Palace asked after his availability. Chelsea cannot offer him game time.}

Chelsea knows best but I strongly think- Chalobah will be ready in two years if he eventually goes where he will get steady game time (week-in week-out) . Should Chelsea decide to sell him, I think he should remain in the Ligue-1- they seem better at developing defensive midfielders; and would be cheaper and easier (for us) to buy him back in the future; maybe Chelsea could also look to adding a better and similar clause to his deal like we did with Marc Guehi.
My take: I think N. Chalobah can be a better player than Declan Rice (with constant football at a good club) .
