Marc Guehi is off to Crystal Palace, I must confess that Crystal Palace will be shock people in two years time.

Should've convinced him to stay. Make a place for him in the squad by selling another CB. Silva, Azpi, Rudiger and Christensen all out of contract next summer I think, and all are getting another year older.

Baffling decision to let him go, and that too for a very low fee it seems. 20 mil is peanuts for a guy of Guehi's talent.

Very frustrated with this. We buy a CB like Sarr last summer but sold 2 Superior players over the past month.

In the Premiership handicap market I have Palace down as sell Obinna. I may well have to reconsider my position.

Another player we will surely going to regret selling. Fik and him are totally Chelsea quality.

Let's the same thing doesn't happen to Liveramento and Bate. It seems Conor Gallagher will be on his way out as well.

One thing we have to realise is that if a player doesn't sign a contract extension then the club will sell him at a time they can get a high fee. His contract expires some next year, if he doesn't extend it then he walks away at low fee or free. What Chelsea did was acting basic common sense. Plus we got clauses in the contract. It's a great deal considering the circumstances.

Its sad to see him go but let's not be silly and assume he will get more game time ahead of Silva, Rudiger, Christensen, Azpi, Zouma etc. We need to be competing for trophies and not taking unnecessary gambles.
