Chelsea have filed for ban to be frozen with CAS and expect to be able to operate in window - Marcotti.

I assume, if it’s true, they have done it for a reason. Let’s hope it’s the centre forward.

Moussa Dembélé or Seb Haller would be good choices probably. We've always done well with a strong forward to hold up the ball and occupy the CBs. Haller would fit that role perfectly.

Moussa Dembélé is more all around but I've read he's really good with his back to goal play as well. I'd take either in a heartbeat.

It’ll be interesting if you’re right Matt. I’d immediatly go in for Nicolas Pepe, an Ivorian from Lille is the best of both worlds 😉.

Matt

That's not what Marcotti said. It's on the podcast / TV Show.

He assumes that chelsea are hoping for a ban, and he offers an arguement. But he does not say that Chelsea have appealed.

I’d take Moussa, we wanted him from Fulham before Celtic, quick natural finisher, young too, Moussa Haller Giroud would offer is everything and selling morata Michy Abraham would surely make it cost affective?

Oh apologies, saw a quote on social media, I presumed it’d been a snippet but didn’t realise it was wrong, and yeah nicolas Pepe should be no1 target. Can take on and runs in behind and cuts in from left onto right foot. makes sense, a player like Moussa who’d attack 6 yard box be good too.
