High profile players have told there agents to look for moves away after having enough with Sarri tactics and managing . finally some good news. Hopefully there agents can get them a move, I only want player who want to be here, and backing Sarri and and overhaul of the squad is needed. Jose knee it, conte said it, apparently pep said he didn't want Chelsea job because one of reasons was how many changes to squad were needed, and all the fans can see it, now there not performing ( like last year ) are calling for a new manager and one to be sacked after 20 odd games. Good riddance.

Pep Guardiola had a difficult first season at Man City. He got criticism from all directions. Anyhow, rather than wielding the axe the Man City board backed the manager and overhauled the squad and got him a new gk, new defence and other additions. We know what pep acheieved the following season. Man City is being run brilliantly since the massive spending spree.

Now rather than backing the players and sacking the manager, the board need to make the right decision here. As fans we are all are getting bored and frustrated with the same situation occuring over and over again. The players ain't good enough and a few are aging, in general they are very inconsistent. We have finished 1st, 10th, 1st and 5th in the last 4 seasons which sums up the inconsistency.

It is obvious the manager needs to be backed here. A new manager will bring a new lease of life temporarily, however how long before it happens to the new manager? History says maybe 2 year before the cycle restarts?

I'm not saying Sarri is a blessing from god as he has faults. He needs to learn quick and fast. He needs to give younger players a chance, he needs to be brave and make decisions like dropping Alonso, Willian etc when they underperform and give CHO, RLC, AC and Emerson more of a chance. Obviously he needs to be less predictable with his substitutions etc and be proactive and look to change the team shape during matches when we are struggling.

Sarri still has my backing!

He has mine too, he is being stubborn and needs to maybe “ tweak” a few things, but these players, driving me mad, Jose. was too much and players had enough. Conte tough training and intense. Sarri, too tactical and don’t understand what he wants, such s big change needed. And I think a DOF who has some sort of philosophy will be ideal, buy world class 11 and add a couple decent subs and fill 3/ 4 of subs with academy. We’re Chelseafc and have 2 world class players, we need more and we need patience.

Sarri needs to stay. We cannot just keep sacking managers. Us fans can clearly see the team is not good enough but the board keep finding it easier to sack the manager instead of pumping the cash in to buy quality players. My main concern though regarding the manager is his determination to keep playing Jorginho. It’s common sense to play kante next to Jorginho to do the defensive side of the game allowing Jorginho then to have more space when we have the ball. I think if sarri doesn’t implement this simple change then he’s making it easy for the Board to let him go. Not only would this change help the players in question but the defence would benefit from the extra cover and maybe give us a better threat going forward by having Pedro, hazard and Willian playing behind Higuain.

Matt,! i don’t think some our players need to talk to their agents for a move there performances on the field means they are toast anyway!

As I’ve already said Pep finished 4th in his first season and then with the backing of his board got new players in.

Klopp, I think has managed 8th, 4th and 4th and it’s only now you can see Liverpool looking like the finished article.

The board and fans were told this was a project and Sarri made it very clear his methods would take time to get a across to the team.

I do think his substitutions are boring and lack imagination. I also think he has been to loyal to certain players.

Seriously haven't you people woken up and smelt the coffee yet?
Sarris nonsense will not work in the PL and his disciple is the biggest waste of money to ever have played for the club and I have been supporting Chelsea since the mid 60's .
The damage he is doing to our club is significant and can only get worse.
Do Juve/ Bayern/ Barca/ Real/ Athletico/ Dortmund/ Benfica etc etc lose 0-4 and 0-6?
No it's a disgrace and unacceptable so quit making excuses.

Turvey i don't think you are seeing the bugger picture and your opinion is that of a instant successfan. I do appreciate your input but i think if Sarri was brought in to be the long term futureplan for our club then maybe we need more time with the correct players.

Turvey I'm sorry to say but unfortunately being an instant success fan won't be beneficial for you at this time. Success won't happen anytime soon. Its clear that we need massive investment and also one that a DOF should oversee.

Anyway you need to think about the future direction of the club. Today's papers are linking us to Zidane. Obviously its rumours but if anthing like that did happen then I will officially say that our board are lost, you can't plan a massive style change and give it a few months only and expect to be the finished article! You can't keep chopping and changing managers and crave Klopp's style of football, Pep's style of football and Poch's style of football. It took years of sweat and determination and massive investment for others to get the success. Zidane goes against the whole saga of appointing Sarri in the first place, different managers.

Anyway I am confident that the board will do the right thing. I am more confident that the team will overcome come this and turn it around. 6-0 is a massive wakeup for Sarri.

Sarri nonsense, conte nonsene, Jose’s nonsene, Turvey. What you think of Roy hodgson, knows the league, steady in a job. Has few youngsters playing doesn’t really come with a lot of nonsense, be ideal would be?

Mrs Costa, I never wanted Sarri as our manager, I wanted Conte to satay and the players who were moaning sold.

Some posters gave me pelters saying Sarri was different gravy and he MUST be our manager. These posters also criothe board for the delay in hiring him.

So, I’m asking the board and fans, just for once, let’s see a project through.

Instant success fan that really is funny. Where were you in the 1980's when we were at a low ebb to say the least.
Which big club do you know lost the last two away games 0-10?
Sarri and his 'conductor' (he would do alright on the buses) are not cut our for the PL.
Its just too simple for some to grasp.

Mrs Costa, lol, Sarri's in the altogether, a perfect analogy for Sarri-ball.

"Look at Sarri! Look at Sarri! Look at Sarri, Sarri, Sarri!
Sarri is in the altogether, but altogether, the altogether
He's altogether as naked as the day that he was born
Sarri is in the altogether, but altogether, the altogether
It's altogether the very least Sarri has ever worn"

Summon the court physician! Call an intermission!
Sarri is wide open to ridicule and scorn.

Sarri is in the altogether, but all together, the altogether,
He's altogether as naked as the day that he was born
And it's altogether too chilly a morn!

Lets see through the worst manager the club has appointed since AVB?
Infact the worst full time manager appointed under Roman. AVB had won something at least in his early thirties.

All very well saying 'stick with Sarri' and I hate the merry-go-round that we have with managers as much as anyone but we are being suckered by the press and 'Sarri-ball', you never heard 'Ferguson ball, Guardiola ball etc' it is just football management and coaching and he seems to have a fixed vision only and to tell the world he is not changing when that vision has not produced any silver ware is rather naive. He looks awful on the touchline, picks the same selection of players week in, week out regardless of performance, has a 'pet' that looks out of his depth, tactically and sub wise he looks lost. I don't want to see another manager with his version of the future but Sarri has to be on borrowed time if he doesn't change.
