Chelsea transfer news: Tiemoue Bakayoko, Benjamin Mendy and Thomas Lemar all scouted by Blues during Monaco’s Champions League win over Borussia Dortmu.

{Ed002's Note - Bakayoka and Lemar are of interest but Monaco gave Chelsea a price for Benjamin Mendy that would likely price him out of a move.}

That would be a shame. I'd love Mendy here he'd be a perfect wing back.

I think Alex Sandro is also as good as mendy. Surprises me Chelsea is yet to be credited with an interest.

Im not sure if bakayoko is an upgrade on matic. think personally we need to aim for an isco or vidal type player not bakayoko . as good as mendy is also would be harsh on alonso to bring in mendy alonso deserves his spot. we need an extra 2 quality attackers don't feel we need defenders with ake and zouma and also chrostianson coming back but another top class midfielder next to kante is needed to get to the next level.

Agree with Magic. I think Alonso has done extremely well this year. He's not perfect by any means but he always has a few good crosses a game, chips in with the occasional goal and hasn't been caught out much at the back from what i can recall. If we keep Ake, I'd target a RWB as back-up competition for Moses, otherwise potentially a CB if Cahill or Zouma leave.

What we need is a CM, a replacement for Costa and maybe another winger/ forwar to replace Batshuayi if he also leaves.
