Is Lukaku going on loan to Athletico Madrid?

Lukaku is going to meet with Everton mate as soon as he is back from Belgium, there is a strong possibility he will sign for Everton with a fee in the region of 25 mill, I am sure he is Everton bound and before you say anything yes I am a Everton fan. But read his latest comments mate he wants to talk with Everton and Everton have the money this season to make it happen strange I know but true.

My exact thought JKB. Barkley for me is Lamps ideal replacement, its written in the stars. Maybe loan him back to Everton? For a season?
