Regarding the possibility of signing a further centre back. I know that you ed have said that varane is interesting chelsea but I wondered if we were also considering mangala? I know in the past you have said we have interest but the price remains an issue. Reports seem to say city have agreed a €40m deal for him - seems a lot to me! Varane would be my preferred choice.

Ssn have said Manchester City and Porto have agreed a fee of €40m for Managala. Just personal terms left to do.

Managala has said he would rather move to Chelsea than Manchester City but Chelsea are put off by the price
