Is the rumour that PSG are planning a bid for Mata true?

Unless we receive an astronomical fee and purchase Mesut Ozil, then I can't see Chelsea selling Juan Mata; it would be pure lunacy.

I'd accept anything above 50m. From that amount on it would be a good deal (that's just the way I see it so don't slate me for it). Use 30-40 mil on draxler as a replacement
