I wouldn't mind if Nando stayed beyond the season only to be on the bench replaced by Cavani and Falcao. He has got experience and I still believe he will become the striker he used to be. I back Nando 100%!

Lewis, you have completely lost the plot. The club need to get rid of him ASAP. Paying a bloke 170k a week, while he sits on the bench is unbelievably stupid! Especially if it hinders others development (Lukaku, Chelsea FC).

How can u have a striker on about 200k/w on the bench? What impact will he make from the bench that he's not had the chance to make in 2yrs? I'll rather Lamps stays for experience than Nando. Having said that, without sentiments, it's time to move all the underperformers and fringe players on and build a strong squad capable of competing at all fronts.

I had faith in Torres for a long time and hoped he would come good, but clearly he will never be the player he once was. Watching him frustrates me, and last night, although in retrospect this was quite out of order, but I was actually hoping Torres got injured so Benitez isn't forced to play him against City at the weekend. Sticking him on the bench at £170k p/w is madness and I'm sure the club would not let this happen. Sorry Nando, it's time to go!
