Spoke to the guy that told me minimum three out and minimum two big signings this window.

He tells me the two in could now be four.

He told me that Sarri is going to be very happy, so I assume one of them is Higuain. I’m not happy because I want Us to keep Morata.

My only concern is the same guy told me JT was going to sign an extension to his contract.

Don’t shoot the messenger lads.

Higuain will make a difference. His clearly disinterested at Milan.

I agree about Morata, I have no doubt he will turn out to be a great striker, such a confidence player . He makes it look easy scoring with his head . He has the natural goal scorers ability to be in the right place to score goals, but has such a lack of confidence in finishing. I would preserver but he obviously wants out, and maybe not a sarri type player. No doubt another one we will have let go too early .
Going by tonight's reports then I assume it will be Higuain, I suppose he will do a better job in the short term, but long term, someone else in the summer .

I just don't feel Morata could cut it out at a big club due to his fragile mental state. He is so based on confidence and that is probably because of his lack of game time in his career. As a striker you need to sometimes make something happen out of nothing, the amount of times Costa bailed us out when we won the league under Conte is the benchmark in terms of confidence for a top striker. Confidence is massive.

Morata will probably come good at an average team somewhere in the world where there is no pressure or little of it. Obviously at Chelsea you will headline every week. Everyone want to compare you to Drogba or Torres. I am actually confident that he will come good but he don't have the confidence for a big club and his almost 27 soon. I say he will come good because his career at Chelsea started brilliantly. His movement, headers and scoring with his feet were ok. Surely you can't go from being a hero to zero in terms of goals, he has ability.

Good luck to him for the future. Hope it works out for him whoever he plays for and hopefully we can recoup as much money back as possible.

So it appears Barella could be a target for January and the transfer has the potential of going ahead if rumours of Cagliari having a bid for a replacement midfielder from Boca Juniors accepted are true.

I initially thought the links to Parades were there incase the above didn't go through. However, it seems likely that both the above players could be bought into replace Fabregas, Drinkwater and perhaps Kovacic who the club may not make permanent in the summer. Otherwise we could be overcrowded in that department.

I think from recent reports, sadly CHO will be sold unless the club manages to change his mind. If the kid decides to go then so be it. It's clear that his head has been turned. It's clear he would have been given a chance now, Sarri considers him very important. If he hasn't got the patience then that's up to him. This was supposed to be his breakthrough year and I thought he was being managed well. It's not like he has gone through how long it to RLC. Grass isn't always greener.

if we sign barella and paredes its real bad news for mason mount and any other talented lad coming through. hudson odoi has d best chance any cfc youngster has had over last few years and he wants out.

I wouldn't be surprised to see kovacic, barkley and Drinkwater go aswell as Cesc so moreso probably 3 out two in and promote one.

I’d imagine Mason would come in next year and replace RLC as he’ll likely want to leave as he’s way down the pecking order. I don’t really see the need to replace Drinkwater as he’s barely played at all. Can only imagine we’d get both Paredes and Barella if Kovacic wasn’t being signed.

chelsea are closing on agreements for cagliari midfielder nicolo barella and zenit st petersburg midfielder leandro paredes.
