Anything new regarding Vidal Ed?
There's a lot about Juventus selling him for as little as 14m which would be a bargain and he's apparently getting back to his best.

Hi Eds. Can you give us an idea of positions being looked at for new signings? I guess a CB and Striker to replace Drogba? Many thanks in advance

does the signing of a right back suggest that Azpilicueta is seen as a left back long term or is there not a link?
{Ed002's Note - There are no secret messages in what the club will be doing Rowan. They have already agreed to the signing of a young right back to go on loan. Ivanovic has been offered a one year extension and will likely agree it (taking him to 2017). In the meantime Chelsea are looking at other options and will need to make a decision about Wallace. It is possible that Wallace could be offered in a deal for a replacement. If Ivanovic agrees to the extension it is likely Chelsea will not push any more for a RB.}

Ah right that cleared it up thanks. I thought we intended to sign another senior RB and then we'd have 3 in the squad which seems a bit excessive.

It'd be weird if Ivanovic left the club. He's become such a mainstay in our team.
{Ed002's Note - Players come and go. Sometimes they get older and have to be moved on. Chelsea have looked at a like-for-like replacement for Ivanovic - but Ivanovic is having a good season and has been offered an extension. The club would like it resolved soon.}

Hope everyone is well. Ed I was wondering if you could give any updates on the following if possible please.
1. Is there any more news regarding Varane?
2.Lot of reports PSG have sealed a deal for Pogba is this true or media BS are we still interested?
3.Did the issues around Icardi get resolved to the point we may well make an official bid in the summer?
4. Is there any news regarding Cechs plans?
5. lastly any news on the new stadium situation or the redevelopment of SB.

(c) I have no idea what you mean by "an official bid in the summer" but the transfer will probably not happen as things are right now. (d) Nothing has changed as far as I know.
