Great win,nervy ,but well played.Feeling relieved after the win.We just made them more competitive in the second half by neither attacking nor defending properly in the last 20 minutes.They did not have a sniff of a chance,but Bosiwinga's mistake gave them hope and from then on we were caught in no man's land,neither attacking nor defending,only resorting to last gap defending from our center backs.Torres should have come on after the second goal to keep the attack flowing ,strange not to bring him on,probably we were thinking we could cruise to a win and it was worthwhile to rest players.But great defending by the back line.Cech was magnificent.Hope RDM does not allow that to happen again.Any way kudos to the team for winning the cup and lets keep on winning.

Yer deffo the wrong tactics after our didier scored but it was a final, cant do that against munich though. KTBFFH!!

Yeah you only won because of a terrible decision.

WHOOOOOOHOOOOOO WOOT WOOT WOOT!' one piece of silverware down.. One more to go! Before you scousers say ANYTHING the whole of the ball DID NOT cross the line. The replay was there for all to see. Having said that we were definitely the better side for a majority of the game I must say I was biting my nails at the end but the cup is OURS! THE MIGHTY BLUES OF LONDON!! To all the naysayers keep hating because we keep winning! UP THE BLUES!! The cup is ours lads have a beer for me cause I'm having one for you all!

Having already signed Marko Marin last month it appears clear that Roman Abramovich is more than happy to conduct Chelsea transfer business without the need to wait until he has appointed a permanent successor to Andre Villas-Boas, indeed Roberto Di Matteo admitted he had little to do with the move to sign the talented winger and perhaps the interim boss is similarly not involved in this move to snap up another talented German.
Schurrle only moved to Bayer Leverkusen in the summer but having seen his new side fail to retain their spot in the Champions League for next term the former Mainz man may well be tempted to consider offers especially one from Chelsea who could no doubt make him a very lucrative offer.
The 21 year old has managed only six goals in the Bundesliga this term but has impressed greatly on the international stage and is likely to figure in Joachim Low’s Euro 2012 squad.
Chelsea may well be looking to do some serious chopping and changing in the forward area of their squad. Didier Drogba and Salomon Kalou are out of contract this summer and Florent Malouda may also be on his way out with loaned out Israeli Yossi Benayoun probably also looking for a new club.
