When were you informed that AVB was going to be sacked then ED it seemed like you knew yesterday? {Ed002's Note - I only knew this morning but after the Everton game when the training was being reviewed it seemed that unless their was an immediate improvement he would likely go. After yesterday's result I suspected it would be tomorrow - hence the hint; although it of course happened today.}

Were the club at all unhappy with his media interviews some of the things he said were very strange? And was he told unless there was a improvement he would be sacked? {Ed002's Note - I don't suppose they were concerned.}

Will Chelsea have a plan for a manager set up before the summer or will they play it by ear after the season finishes? {Ed002's Note - Something will be sorted out, if not formally, by the summer.}

ed do you think chelsea could be interested in david moyes? pat nevin has written a good article for bbc on the idea and it has long been speculated that moyes would suit man utd so could we try to jump in first? perhaps as a fall back to attempts on mourinho, guardiola? josh {Ed002's Note - I would very much doubt it.}

I think we made a mistake by not sacking AVB a few weeks ago when it was obvious he had lost the dressing room and at that stage we should have got hiddink back in.

I can't see mourinho coming back even though I would love him to, but I see him going spurs if Harry leaves.

I wouldnt want capello or pep! mourinho is the only manager that can change our ways, hiddink is only in the game for money (what other reason would he want to go to anzhi) i think we should have kept AVB and given him the summer to make drastic changes. {Ed002's Note - Have you thought that perhaps Hiddink likes living in Moscow?}

Everybody in football is in it for the money.

I think short term Chelsea should bring Zola in to assist di matteo. He would get the players united again and everyone would respect him. Chelsea legend!

As I said some time ago ( and has just been reiterated on BBC news) Abramovich will not lose face by re - hiring someone (Mourinho) he SACKED! Forget the "mutual consent" line . .!
Albert {Ed002's Note - Mourinho was not "sacked" and the two of them get on very well. Losing face is not an issue. Perhaps the BBC use the same questionable sources as you do. There has been plenty of contact between the two parties. Did the BBC tell you where they were on February 15 last year after the Fulham game - or what was discussed. Sometimes it is simply not worth bothering.}

Just when I think that we were finally going to learn from our mistakes AVB gets fired. I respect Di Matteo but I don't us to do much better with him in charge

I am disappointed AVB is gone as well i think he deserved more time but the results speak for themselves. And i wouldnt feel too sorry for him. I'm sure he will get plenty of $ to ease the pain of being fired.

Duncan Castles a well trusted Journalist has said that he has been told by close Chelsea sources that there could be up to 10 players heading towards the exit including Bosingwa Cole Lampard Mikel Kalou Malouda Ferreira and possibly Essien and that this will be done whether or not AVB is there next year or not,ED could Ashley Cole leave in the summer? would the club be willing to sell him

Another interesting point is the Goalkeeper have Chelsea looked at other Keepers we have Courtoius but i expect he will be loaned for another couple of years?
