Fernando Torres is to leave Anfield before the end of January.
Chelsea is his most likely destination in a swap deal with Daniel Sturridge plus £20 Million.
Chelsea also to announce new Stadium Plans in the Summer after Abramovich now free to invest in new stadium now that Englands 2018 World Cup Bid is over and their is no conflict of interest.
Abramovich is still completely committed to Chelsea and this will be seen in coming weeks and summer.

Amazingly will hi-jack any loan deal for Ronaldinho and lure him to stamford bridge and will pull out all the stops to bring his compatriot Kaka on loan to bring an injection of samba magic to re-ignite the title challenge!
