I know it's only a debate but Frank going or staying is all hindsight now
The thing annoying me is critics of the board and roman
We currently sit at the top table of European football and have a massive international brand
We are a business a very successful one at that
Academy that people say Frank utilised was a massive investment and still is by the club
We get most of the players we target and remain in the ffp rules
We have been the most successful English team in roman era
A new billion pound stadium before Teresa stuck her nose in
This is simply business the board made a decision that suited the company
You don't make a worldwide successful business on sentiment and emotion
Any successful business as an employee if you aren't performing in your role you are asked to leave
As the club said
However, recent results and performances have not met the Club’s expectations, leaving the Club mid-table without any clear path to sustained improvement.
The last part is very damning and says that it was looked into beforehand and no results or business plan was presented going forward so left with no option as a business with huge overheads and more importantly assess to relieve the employee of there duties it happens everyday in normal life
Anyway critics of the board and wanting tuchel to fail to prove a point is counterproductive to the club and the business
