Hey Ed, do you think Chelsea will move for Palermo playmaker Javier Pastore in the summer? {ed's note - I doubt it, the Financial Fair Play rules will probably scupper any more major spending unless a few go out the door.}

Simple:
Torres can play, you can have 1 player who has played in the europa cup.
Luiz has already played for Benfica in th CL, so therefore can't play.
But torres can't play in the FA cup, but Luiz can.

I personally feel we will play a diamond with ramires/essien at the bottom of it and malouda at the top with drogba and torres upfront. your thoughts ed? {ed's note - it does seem the likeliest, not sure it will get the best out of the players though myself.}

ED What do you think that the chelsea formation will now be and who will be in it, with Anelka putting in a good performance against Sunderland wand Ramires who has improved a lot?
And do you think Chelsea will get lukaku? {ed's note - Lukaku would have been likely except that he wants to play with Drogba and it is Drogba who is likely to be on his way. Ancelotti liked a front two in the past, I expect Anelka, Drogba and Torres to rotate as the front pair myself. I wonder how closely he will return to his old Milan system, they were very narrow with Seedorf on the left and Gattuso nominally on the right at times. That would suit your full backs.}

I hope that the formation still hass three in attack because I'm sure Torres would be able to play at the left or right of drogba and they would probably swap around during a game. {ed's note - Torres has never played that way before, even for Spain he was the central striker and the rest playe off him.}
