All over Europe? Monaco via Emenalo are the only serious enquirers as I would doubt a 17 year old youth player has had enough exposure for 'all over Europe'. I am a huge fan but he is not 18 yet and the big test for our youth players and the cause of many of the failures, they are big and strong in youth football but when they cross over to adult football they lose an advantage. Give him time around the main squad and bring him on in lesser games when the match is won and see how he performs. Too much expectation could ruin him before he has a chance.

obinna123: I said 'only serious' nothing more. All others are minor and want him on loan. Re: Mbappe, he is 20 not 17 and is a completely different type of player. Put him with the squad and give him game time in the softer matches and see how he progresses.

Whether loan or outright buy- they are all termed 'interest'. Why all the thumbs down OR is the statement unbelievable?
Chelsea not wanting to sell means they are also open to loan deal.

Even with the managerial uncertainity, I'm sure that the board have had their targets identified and working towards it. any idea on who we might be interested in?

Ed what do you make of it? Do you think he would be a good signing and do you think he will fit in.

{Ed001's Note - I have not seen enough of him to judge him. Looks a good player though it really depends on how he is going to be used and who he replaces.}

If I am not wrong, Chelsea have been monitoring Golovin ever since Oscar was sold and the club believed him to be a perfect replacement for Oscar. Ed001, do you really think that there'll be some outgoings from the first team?

alneri, you might be right cos I remember Ed002 said something of sort when Chelsea first took notice of Golovin cos the club has taken notice of him for quite a while now (right about when Oscar left) .
