Hey Ed just curious I've herd that we are now in for thiago which is supprising maybe this may invole some kind of player plus cash swap for luiz and also hering we are now in for lewandoski has cavani is seen has to much can you confirm any of this? {Ed018's Note - there is interest in Thiago but I don't know of any cash plus player for Luiz deal as of right now. As far as I know Cavani is still the forward Chelsea would like to bring in}

There have been rumours the last couple of weeks that Barca would offer Thiago + cash for Luiz. I wouldn't think such a deal would be of any interest to Chelsea, especially as Thiago has a release clause in his contract, which would mean we wouldn't have to negotiate a transfer fee with Barca.
If we want Thiago we could simply just pay his release clause.

Ed can I ask is Gegard Deulofue being looked again. Lots of reports about possible loans to various clubs. he's not getting a look in for a couple of years at Barcelona.

I believe we actually tried to sign him 2 years ago. Which would have made him our target first. Regardless any player of his quality available at such a low price is bound to attract interest from all top teams.

We were after thiago 2 or three seasons ago

Is there any update on Cavani? Read on ESPN, who are usually reliable that a fee has been agreed between Chelsea and Napoli but the deal won't be finalised until Napoli have secured his replacement.

And the Dail Fail are reporting that Man City are the only team to have triggered his release clause, goes to show how distorted the media's view is.

You obviously can't read or don't speak English if you claim that that is what Daily Mail wrote.

Sorry, no I can't read, they're claiming Man City are the only team to have bid, either way it's still probably a load of old tosh.

My point is don't just believe the stories you want to hear!
