Ed002, are Chelsea interested in Josh Doig, Pau Torres and Ousmane Dembele?
{Ed002's Note - Josh Doig (LB) Manchester City have been showing an interest in adding a young LB and watched Doig but really want someone who can count as club developed. Certainly Leeds have also watched him. I am not aware of any interest from Chelsea although there are links with his agents who may well have spoken with the club. Pau Torres (CB) There could be an auction in the summer with Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and both Manchester clubs very interested in the player. Ousmane Dembele (LW/RW/F) Barcelona could be stuck with the player as it is unlikely other clubs will match their valuation - unless he can be used as part of another transfer, loaned or the price drops considerably. Liverpool had enquired after his price earlier in last year but likely only wanted a loan with an option to buy - if that were to become an obligation to buy then it could be possible if Mane or Salah were to leave next summer. However, they added another player and have other plans going forward. PSG would resist his involvement as part of a deal for Neymar and Barcelona have moved on from Neymar in any case, at least for the time being. Juventus could be open to a loan but will not want to buy the player. This could be very disruptive to other transfer plans. Manchester United has him on their list of Jadon Sancho alternatives. The player is not keen on leaving Barcelona and has been working hard to prove himself to the new coach - but Barcelona do have him on their lengthy list of players they want to sell or exchange - but he cannot be forced to move. Any suggestion about interest of Chelsea will be related to the new coach.}
