Ed is the deal with torres probely going to be done? have you heard?

{Editor Note: Who knows. Liverpool have made it clear they don't want to sell the player and the player himself hasn't actually handed in a transfer request or anything of that nature. At the moment, the base for the stories is the fact that Balague said he would be interested in a move.}

Hey ed, is it true that paulo henrique ganzo has turneed down a move to chelsea in favour of juventus? {ed's note - I have been unable to dig up any info on him being bid for this month, but I will keep searching for you mate and see if anyone else knows anything about him.}

A real worried chelsea fan, The luiz palova! is it over? according to the gaurdian benfica are playing hardball and chelsea are still trying to come to some sort of agreement about the payment method! The wages and personal terms and work permit have been sorted and granted! its the payment method that is the stumbling block ?

What do you think will happen ed ? {ed's note - I think Roman will take it to the brink by looking elsewhere, I think he will go back for Godin. But if no deal can be done there I would expect him to just meet the terms, that is if Benfica don't change their mind again.}

Ed Do any of you know what is happening the luiz deal seems like its off. Torres not likley and agereo and godin been rejected. Are there any surprises around the corner there is only three days left! ! {ed's note - it does seem that Aguero must be dead in the water, his buyout clause was met yet there are no signs of him joining you. I am really surprised because Atletico need money, I would have expected them to give him a prod and push him to sign for Chelsea. I still think Godin is on the cards, he is in and out the side a lot from what I have seen.}

Ed, is there ANY real transfer for Chelsea this month? Because this is funny actually, Chelsea are becoming laughing stock. {ed's note - Roman has his chequebook at the ready, I can't believe he will come away from the toy shop completely empty handed. People like him never do.}

Sky sports news are reporting that benfica have called off the david luiz deal , by what i've heard over the past few weeks we were pinning our hopes on getting him , so ed any idea on what other defenders could come in? {ed's note - Godin is still on the horizon.}

Ed i was just wondering what you know regarding torres's interest in a move because although many reports say he is, there is no quotes or proof. Thanks {ed's note - the source is Balague, his source is Rafa. There are no quotes or proof because there is none. It is purely SSN short of news so building up the story of a rejected bid, with Rafa keen on trying to make it look like everything is falling apart without him. Even Balague admitted Torres didn't want to go, though SSN are conveniently leaving that bit out and the bit where he mentioned there was no buyout clause.}

So is there any hope of torres coming? Thanks again

{Editor's Note: I expect someone will arrive - but I am not confident who it will be at present. I was expecting Godin and Aguero originally.}

As a Liverpool fan, I think we would be in a better posotion if we do sell Torres to you.
We are in the process of another rebuilding season and we could do with the cash. A figure of around £45 million seems reasonable to me. I have supported LFC since 1962 and I know that players come and go.
If Torres is some way away from winning a Champions League/European Cup with LFC, he might as well go to Chelsea.
After all, he would be just as far away from winning the club's sixth European Cup next season as he will be winning his first with Chelsea - no matter how long the contract you offer!

In your opinion who is the more likely arrival in January - Kun Aguero, Alexis Sanchez? OR Is there another option that's not yet in the public consciousness?? ? {ed's note - personally I would think Aguero is the most likely, he does have a buy out clause.}

According to one of the liverpool editors they think it was to scare atletico into accepting aguero bid what do u think ed {ed's note - that was me just postulating a theory as Roman knows Torres is not interested in a move. So the only reason I can see for him to make a bid like that is to make someone else sit up and think about not playing such hardball with him.}
