Eds can you enlighten us on the situation with etoo? Are the reports correct in that he is a target and could be signed by the weekend? Thanks Ed {Ed018's Note - it sounds like they are in talks from what I was told, but i'm not 100% sure}

Apparently it's on the site of the Cameroonian FA. Details haven't been released but they claim it's done (apparently a one year deal).

Good mate of mine has a friend who is an agent of some of the African players around Europe. He told me lastnight of the Atsu story (on tv this morning) and apparently he's being loaned straight out to Vitesse.

Eds - do you know of genuine interest in Jackson Martinez? Will Porto even sell him? They've already lost Moutinho, Rodriguez, Atsu surely they won't let their top scorer go in the final week of deadline day? {Ed018's Note - if he signs a new contract that bumps his release clause up I don't see a move being made for him}

I'm pretty sure the only reason you wrote that so you'll be able to use this ''friend'' on future speculations. But unfortunately for you, you got it wrong as Vitesse already have three cfc players on loan (Kakuta, Piazon and Cuevas) so your friend just vanished into the thin air pufffff.

Sorry Mihel8 but you're incorrect. This friend definitely exists. He kept us up to date on the Ba situation in January before it even broke that we were interested in him. He also knows representatives of Luis Suarez and actually said there were beginnings of negotiations with Chelsea BEFORE the whole business with Arsenal but broke down pretty quickly.

Whether the information on Atsu is correct or not, that's all he told us. But I can assure you he very much exists.

Well Mihel8 has made themselves look very silly as that rule doesn't apply. Vitesse actually have four Chelsea loanees at the moment; Kakuta, van Aanholt, Lucas Piazon and Cuevas.

In the Netherlands there is no rule (anymore) about the amount of players you can loan from one club. Vitesse is allowed to loan as many players from Chelsea as they like.

However I find it hard to believe Atsu would join Vitesse because they already loan Cuesvas, Kakuta and Piazon who can all play left winger.

I heard about the possible loan of chalobah, does anyone know something about that?

Porto winger Christian Atsu is undergoing a medical at Chelsea and once he finalises his move to Stamford Bridge the Ghana international is expected to move to Vitesse Arnhem on loan.

Rumours that Jackson Martinez's agent is set to arrive at Porto's headquarters in the next 24-48 hours to finalise an increase in his release clause to €50 million. Chelsea must act fast to get in there.
