Hello fellow Blues

I have been reading some of the longer posts on this page from other fans who claim to have "sources" but I have to say that their "source" seems to be this website as much of what they say has come from the much more knowledgeable editors.

My source is much more unique and therefore only gives me pieces of information and not the full stories. Here's what I have gained from him so far.....

The Neymar situation is tricky as it involves several different parties as well as the inconsistent player himself so negotiations are always going to be tricky. As well as this, the amount Santos want is too much for Chelsea who don't want to go anywhere near that figure unless he performs wonders at the Copa America. If all fails, Sanchez will be looked at as a back-up and contact has already been made with his representatives, NOT THE PLAYER HIMSELF.

The midfield situation is also complicated. Our preference at the moment seems to be 1.Modric 2.Pastore 3.Sneijder but as the new boss has come in Moutinho may enter the picture. Spurs are playing hardball over Modric and aren't likely to budge unless an astronomical fee is mentioned. Pastore is all money and once again a massive fee will be needed. Sneijder most likely will be slightly cheaper but he wants to stay in Milan. My source seems to indicate that Pastore will be the man in blue next season.

Finally the other deals; Lukaku, De Bruyne, Van der Wiel and Falcao. Lukaku's fee the issue but the two clubs are close to an agreement. De Bruyne was close but Genk felt let down by our plans to loan him to their bitter rivals but my source suspects he will eventually join. Van der Wiel is one being looked at under the radar by us and negotiations with Ajax are underway. Falcao is the closest deal to being completed and should be done by next week subject to no major Real Madrid bid to come in.

From my Independent, unique source

Hello everybody again.
I have some more news regarding transfers with Chelsea football club.

This peice is regarding Alexis Sanchez from Udinese.

He is a target for Manchester city and Barcelona fc.
Barcelona had an offer accepted believed to be 35 million + jefferen. How ever it didn't go through because jefferen did not want to leave.

However AV wants him at the bridge. He has spoken personally to sanchez. With Sanchez not keen on Manchester city he would prefere Chelsea. This does not rule out Manchester City.

My source also tells me an offer of £38 million will be made, however uncertainty lies whether the club will accept the bid.

Any information i reciev {Ed018's Note - i dont think AVB has personally called him. that would be tapping up. and yea there very well could be a bid coming soon.}

Hello Ed. That may well be the case however i strong trust in my source, and that he is telling the truth.
regards.

ED018 OR ED002 Reports say we will match City's offer for Sanchez do you think he would prefer us over city & also Is there any interest in Sergio Ramos as reports say? {Ed018's Note - he might prefer whomever gives him the better weekly salary. i would think he'd prefer Chelsea though and thats just my opinion.}

Ed..Have you any idea why Emenalo appears to be in such good favour at the club?
The guy has zero qualifications and limited experience and yet Ray and now Paul Clemence get shown the door. {Ed002's Note - Wilkins leaving was an entirely separate issue. Clement was going to leave when a new coach arrived to take over permanently. I first came across Emenalo a few years ago when he was coaching kids down in Tucson and he was doing pretty well by all accounts. When he came in to the scouting network under Avram Grant it was not a surprise as he has a good knowledge of the American game and knew Grant from some time he spent in Israel - and Grant is close to Mr Abramovich of course. I do not know why his profile seems to be getting higher and had always rather expected he would be spending more time working for the club in America. As ever, time will tell.}

ED002 a lot of people are saying AVB personally phoned Sanchez to try and persuade him to come to Chelsea any truth? {Ed002's Note - That would be tapping up. There have been telephone calls between a number of people to discuss players and transfers. That is all.}

I think Sergio Ramos would be a great signing, Drogba + £15m.

Player plus cash deal for Nasri, 15m + Kalou

That is a great deal but I doubt it.

Hey Ed, do you know why Chelsea have turned their attention away from wesley sneijder, because at one point they were interested in him and then they go and bid for Modric who is similar to the Dutch playmaker. Was it because his wages were too high, price tag was to high etc. Please tell me what you know Ed. {Ed002's Note - I really don't know. Much of the talk was from the papers. With a new manager it is one position that will be looked at again I am sure.}

Chelsea will sign Sneijder most probably for 30mil. Modric will stay in Spurs they are seriously increasing his salary. Buy the way Modric is CM and Sneijder AM(scores much more goals).

ED002- I've read somewhere that AVB and Mourinho are not on speaking terms, is this true and if so do you know the reason? Thanks {Ed002's Note - They certainly were in February and I don't know why they would not be now.}

ED002 how much control will AVB have over the transfer targets? {Ed002's Note - Not much will change in all probability. He will certainly have an input, but perhaps he has in the past? Falcao is certainly a player that he has championed. Don't expect too much to change immediately - perhaps even another target from Porto?}

Hulk or Moutinho ED002?

{Ed002's Note - I am not going to go there at this time. It was a suggestion made by someone on the phone from Brazil yesterday. We can wait an see.}

Which transfer are Chelsea closest to finalising?
Do you expect Chelsea to announce any transfers before the official opening of the transfer window (or it that even allowed?)
JACK {Ed002's Note - It would be guess work to say which the closest is. It is possible that an announcement will be made to say that a player has agreed to join subject to the paperwork being processed.}
