I understand mate, I know we’re trying but also Imagine we don’t want to pay well over the odds, and like u say clubs don’t have replacements so why sell, I do worry come the summer we’ll get dragged into bidding wars,

Need to just pay the money and over-pay if needed. We had to treat this window as an extension of the summer window and we've failed. First order of business should be getting a good head of transfers in, and getting rid of Scott Machaclan- he's been terrible.

Just watched match of the day and agree about lamps. Feel sorry for him as if chelsea dip after Jan because we don't get another attacker in he will probably loose his job. It is evident chelsea are desperate for a finisher.

It was interesting that Lamps emphasised long-term and short-term needs - it suggested to me that Cavani will be joining on loan until the end of the season.

Spurs need a striker as Harry is out injured. United need a striker as Rashford is out injured. We need a striker as the lovely Michy is not producing what we need. A top four finish is what is at stake. So, yes, we could wait until the summer, but missing out on the top four at this point, would be seen as a bit of a failure.

Someone mentioned Jovic on Loan which would be ideal but i don't see any site reporting this so its far from happening.
Dembele seems likely and id be happy with that for now.
Lamps will need a full summer window to get clear targets come in . rather than a Jan one.
4th spot is important and i think M Bats can help us with that.

Oh, I wasn't say that we should buy/ loan Piaktek. I was just saying it was reported in the press that he had been offered to us.
Michy is a lovely bloke. Great personality and he clearly wants to play for Chelsea and do well for Chelsea. But he is also clearly not performing.

Dihanio, you mean specifically Michy right? I like him a lot. I think he has been loyal to the club. I think he has been dedicated to the club. Michy doesn't bitch, moan, complain or sulk. But you know, we all know, that he just isn't quite good enough right? At this level, our level, Chelsea level you have to be better. Simple as that really. He gets his chances and Michy embraces them with enthusiasm, but alas not ability.

Have you seen Mitchy's scoring record- it is phenomenal. OK, his hold-up player and movement needs improvement but he scores goals.
Also, Luca Jovic has just broken into the Real team and is beginning to look good.

his scoring record is phenomenal because he only plays in cup comps v lower league teams, one goal v united in a cup, can’t recall any goals v big teams when his come on as a sub, these managers watched him week in and week out, there’s a reason he doesn’t play much,
