Alright lads just a quick question

I think it's obvious Conte will leave at season's end so anonymous question

Would you want him to stay for next four months thumbs up

Or go now and move on quicker thumbs down

Don't worry who would replace him or what, just thumbs up or down.

Napoli boss,

{Ed001's Note - I keep suggesting him when a Prem job comes up, but why no one has snapped up Gasperini from Atalanta for a big job I will never know! He has not just worked miracles on a small budget, he has them playing decent football that would suit the English league.}

Ed001, couldn't the same be said about Sean Dyche, Eddie Howe, and Chris Hughton? Why do we always need to look abroad?

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - Eddie Howe is clueless tactically and is unable to improve the level of the team above where they are at. He would not be someone I would consider. If he hadn't had his own Russian billionaire bankrolling Bournemouth to the Prem then he would be a nobody who had struggled everywhere he went.

Chris Hughton is a lovely guy and a very good manager up to a point. He is far too pragmatic. He would rather play for a point than a win, even though Brighton's best players are attacking. I think he is at his level, though I really hope he proves me wrong as he is a genuinely nice guy.

Dyche is an interesting one. I would fully agree that he deserves a chance at a higher level, but I think he needs to make a step up in terms of what he is dealing with. Some European football to really see if he has what it takes at that level, before he would be ready for Chelsea, for instance. I do like a lot of the things he is doing at Burnley though, so I would like someone to give him the chance to compete at the top end.}

Dyche is a good manager. and needs his chance but I think every supporter will say that but wouldn’t want his chance at there club. 001 have you got any updates on what’s a horrendous window for us,

{Ed001's Note - I dont mate as i am out on a night out in Al Seef. Not sure if anything has changed while i am out but i do expect the Roma left back to sign if he hasnt already. Dzeko does not want to leave Rome which is the sticking point with him.}

Not going to be too negative with this post as i expected this result despite us being pretty unlucky tonight and not looking too bad. Ever since Conte became our manager we've struggled against Arsenal on numerous occasions as the way we set up against them simply suits them perfectly. We started excellently but for some reason dropped off once we went ahead (Shocker) .

We simply can't rely on our defence anymore, it's been terrible recently and even against Brighton we were lucky not to concede. Something needs to change, we can't play 3-4-3 as we become worse defensively. But We also can't play 3-5-2 as we look awful going forward.

Also i thought Bakayoko was good tonight, should've had an assist but was solid throughout and especially when he's been struggling hopefully this will help the lad. In the end we move on but something needs to change, I'm in no way in the "Conte out" brigade but i know he's a manager who struggles to change his system.

I just fear with the way we've been playing recently and with our upcoming fixtures things aren't looking good. Hopefully we have our full squad back for Bournemouth and put this game behind us with a win.
