Ed is it true we've opened talks and interested in Bernardo silva.

{Ed002's Note - Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Manchester United have watched Bernardo Silva of Monaco on several occasions over two seasons, including during internationals. He is an unusual player in that he is naturally left footed but is most effective on the right wing. He has also played as cover in defence and was previously seen by Fiorentina as an option to replace the similar Juan Cuadrado when he made the move to Chelsea. Juventus and Manchester City have also watched him season and he may be a player they look to again as an option. Interest of Bayern Munich has gone.
