Thanks for the enlighten us. Btw, could I have some side questions:

1. Could you give me some info about how it would work in player transferring at Chelsea. I mean that is it some like "Mourinho could decide deal for normal targets and Mr Abramovich would be the final voice in important players" or else?

2. Do you know if their are any preferences in favorite players that Mr Abramovich when to bring to Stamford Bridge. For example: Pogba or Koke.

If those questions is nonsense, just skip them. I don't want to bring u any annoyances.

{Ed002's Note - Chelsea is fundamentally the same as other clubs. There is a scouting network and they are constantly reporting back on targets the club has identified and targets they have identified. This is set up regionally and then there is a head scout. They will go back to the Sporting Director (Director of Football) and he and/or the manager and/or a representative of the manager will look further at potential prospects. Many of the players being looked at are very young and the involvement of the first team coach will be minimal if anything at all. Additionally, the club retains some trusted advisors, one of which is very close to the owner. The club also retains close connections with a couple of the ex managers who can also be consulted. There are then those that negotiate and see if a transaction can be completed. The club is bound by FFP and financial constraints and this has led in recent years to a much improved academy and the purchase of young players with a perceived good future in the game.}

What's the deal on dybala ed

{Ed002's Note - Palermo are struggling to have Dybala sign a new contract but have made it clear that they will sell for €50M but will accept a single payment of €40M - a fee which will put off most clubs. His agent has been acting in an unprofessional manner and offering him to various clubs. Juventus, Inter, Dortmund and Arsenal have a declared interest. Juventus are looking for talks with the player and his representative and have put an offer on the table that includes players and a little cash. Arsenal have made a cash offer but it is short of what Palermo are looking for. Chelsea have also made an offer that is not acceptable to his club. There is also interest in him from Spain, Atletico Madrid - and if Barcelona can raise the funds in the summer to start their rebuilding programme, then he will wait for January as both club and player would like a deal.}

Hi Ed, do Chelsea have a genuine interest in Aaron Cresswell?

{Ed002's Note - With Filipe Luis likely to leave Chelsea are looking for a left back and have turned their attention to Aaron Cresswell. He is of particular interest to the club as he has the benefit of being home grown - which their first choice wasn't. He needs to think carefully about how much playing time he would get at Chelsea before making such a move.}
