Just hearing reports from my source inside brazil on the Neymar situation, he says it is only between Chelsea and Madrid and nothing is yet agreed by either team, Chelsea are still in serious negotiations and have very recently improved there offer/package.
Also Chelsea are looking at a double bid for Neymar and Ganso and again have spoken to santos about this, however no joint fee has been agreed, although it has been discussed and is in the region of €94m.
It could happen city fans

I have family in brazil, an uncle who works for the national newspaper as a sports journalist, who has many connections inside santos, Sao paulo, Corinthians and a few others. I'm not saying it's going to happen, but would rather let you guys know if I do here anything
