LUKAKU PREFERS REAL OVER CHELSEA
Spanish newspaper El Mundo Deportivo announced that Romelu Lukaku prefers Real Madrid over Chelsea. Though he also repeated to stay in Anderlecht for at least this season. That way, can complete high school in Belgium.
"Real Madrid is the team I like the most", explained Lukaku. "I already talked with my father. If it's up to me, I'll go to Madrid."
"But I would only be third striker? Well, I won't comment on that as long as Real's interest is not concrete. But I'll make it as difficult as possible for the trainer to choose."
Lukaku did not yet negotiate with Real. He refused to say if his father already spoke with the Spanish club. "I don't know if they are still interested. But I'm patient. I'll stay in Anderlecht for now and keep on dreaming of the real European top."

Romelu Lukaku's agent has dropped a huge hint indicating where his client will end up in the near future. His agent stated that he thinks Lukaku will end up in the Premier League with Chelsea being the club leading the chase for the Belgium wonderkid. What's your thought ED? {ed's note - he has always said he wants to play for Chelsea, with Drogba.}
~Actually Lukaku said in an interview a few months ago that he would choose Real Madrid over Chelsea. Drogba is his idol simply because he is a younger carbon copy of him! He has no loyalty to Chelsea other than the fact Drogba plays for you. {ed's note - that's why I added the with Drogba bit.}

Your posts have been ill informed and abusive and you have repeatedly declined to substantiate what you have said. You have repeatedly used euros in your posts and quoted 20M in your scaremongering misinformation.
Chelsea paid 22M euro for Ramires - it is very clearly stated in Benfica's press release that I was provided with in August.

To try and finally put this rubbish to bed, according to the Press Release issued by Benfica (dated August 4, 2010) which I have hear in front of me, Ramires was sold to Chelsea for €22M. Hopefully this will put an end to this subjective nonsense.

I am not a Chelsea fan but i have mates who are Chelsea fans, they are die hard Chelsea fans and i do not mean since 2003. One thing that they keep telling me is that Chelsea will no longer be relying on Roman in a years time, he is willing to help Chelsea out in the summer with two or three signings but beyond then Chelsea will have to fend for themselves.
My mates are aware of the 2012 fair play rulings and many fans think that Roman is trying to find away around those rulings, well they could not be more wrong, Roman does not want to put anymore of his money into the club, he wants the club to become self sufficient whether these rulings were in place or not.
About the signings, the Ramires deal was negotiated for weeks, Ramires's owners, Benfica & Kia etc wanted around 23m for him, Roman would not sanction anything over 20m euros for the whole deal. My mates have a box at the ground, i watched the Arsenal game from there last season. What they have heard is form other box holders at Stamford Bridge. They believe Roman done most of his rebuilding last season replacing Joe with Benny, bringing in two 18 year old's to back up certain positions, Delac & Kalas. I know a striker & a centre back will be brought in, so you will be getting some new faces at the club, but you can rule out big signings as they will not be sanctioned by Roman.
You will bring in two or three players which will cost no more than 15m/16m and there wages will be very low as the wage bill still needs to come down. Ferreira will leave, as will Hilario and i would expect many deadwood youth possibly Mancienne, Cork etc! I'm sorry its not what people want to here but its going to be like this for 99% of top teams now. I do have a tip for Chelsea fans, one player being talked about around the corridors is Mounir El Hamdaoui.

Chelsea should invest English talent seeing that they are an English club. Instead of looking abroad for talent they should look within the prem for players they need. Right now they need good defensive cover and a decent midfielder especially one who can replace Lampard in the near future. I would say Gary Cahill although his price tag would be a little steep for a back up for Terry and Alex, Kieran Clark or Phil Jones. For midfield the ideal signing would be Jack Wilshere but Jack Rodwell and Jordan Henderson should also be considered. What's your thoughts Ed?
{Editor's Note: None of the players you have mentioned in defence are good enough for top English sides. Whilst the three midfield players are clearly talented, there is no indication that Chelsea have any interest in them.}
