I don't understand why Chelsea haven't played Azpilicueta yet. Ivanovic is good but you may aswell start bedding Azpilicueta in.

Think tonight Chelsea will play with Cahill and Terry at the back which are the two with the better understanding.

Still not convinced with Mikel in the holding role would love to see Luiz tried there seen as he can shoot aswell.

Feel after another striker addition which will hopefully be Falcao Chelsea need a commanding holding midfielder, here is a list of a few I would like to see at the bridge which are possibilities:

Arturo Vidal - say the chilean is the best ball winner in Europe. Will hopefully have a glimpse tonight

Yann M'Vila - The Rennes midfielder has a tremendous amount of potential driving forward and defensively.

Bastian Schweinsteiger - should have been Ballack's replacement when he left one of the best in the world couldn't see Bayern letting him go though.

Yohan Capoue - Have not seen a lot of this guy but have heard a lot of good things about him.

My opinion on that discussion below. Ive got to say lamps and mikel playing holding mids, combined with rdm playing style is the main problem. But i also do agree that torres does need to be replaced by sturridge. Now if anyone wants to call me out for saying torres needs to be replaced by sturridge look at my previous posts early last season. Ive backed for quite a while but ive wanted to see sturridge starting week in week out for ages. Whenever he gets the ball he takes on defenders and shoots, when torres gets the ball he tries to take 50 touches to get the ball in the perfect position. With our slow midfield we need a striker who has the mind set of score first and only pass if i need to. Just my opinion, lamps, mikel(despite me previously backing him), torres need to be replaced by sturridge, romeu, and ramires. Ramires' right wing position shoule be taken by either oscar or marin.

Absolutely spot on!...with mikel and lamps in the middle makes our transition too slow and predictable...can understand lamps cos of his age and will probably still keep him in cos of his burst runs into the box and the associated goals...buh i fink mikel shld be replaced with romeu/ramires......pity essien is off now...i believe a half fit essien is better in dt position than mikel
