ED002 are the club still looking to Falcao as a preferred striking option? {Ed002's Note - Chelsea maintain an interest in Falcao.}

Has interest waned slightly ED? {Ed002's Note - Measured how?}

In regards to maybe the club are now looking at other potential striker's instead? {Ed002's Note - The club have an interest in several strikers.}

Hopefully by considering other options as he has been pants for the last three months?
Surely we will learn from Torres?

Agree0 Disagree0

He has been amazing the past 3 years mate! Pants over the past 3 months givemee a breakkkk. He has played 10 games since the start of January and scored 5 goals - not too bad if you ask me. We bought the Torres after injury and you could see that before he left it wasnt the torres of old. Falcao is no risk.

Falcao is a huge risk. The fee and wages he's demanding for are too much plus age is not quite on his side. Surely there shd be alternatives.

People don't seem to understand that you have to pay big prices to be successful. Want to sign players with 'potential' and continue challenging for top four or buy players who are the finished article and world class. Look at both Manchester clubs wages. The man is 27 years ffs look at Giggs still playing at 40. Drogba's best years for us were arguably in his 30s. We are buying a player in his prime who tears defenses apart at will.

Agree0 Disagree0

The geezer is the best out and out striker there is and anybody that doesn't want him doesn't know anything about football. Absolute mugs

disagree. what make you such an expert? diego costa has looked the sharper of the two don't mean falcao ain't world class he just don't look as dangerous form comes and goes example rvp has fired blanks for last 9-10 games. people who throw childish comments on a rumour sites don't know much about football

Agree0 Disagree0

Thats because Falcao has had a few injuries the past few months so no wonder he ain't 100% fit, yet he still has a goal every 2 games. The fact of the matter is you can't just judge him the past 3 months. Just look what he has done in the past 2 Europa League finals, Super Cup Final, Porto's Unbeaten season, Atletico's rise against Madrid in the League, goals v Barca etc.

Looks like chelsea have seen sense and won't involve courtois in any permanent deal for falcao. However I still don't think we will sign falcao, hopefully lukaku will play with Ba and also integrate Feruz via the subs bench. Spend money on a decent midfielder. Falcao is over priced.

Believable16 Unbelievable5

Still not convinced that Ba is top notch, get the feeling he is only here intil summer. Lukaku, one top class striker, and another young striker is the way to go in my opinion. Dave

If Loic Remy is looking for club, is this a advert platform? Chelsea is not a dumping ground for all sorts of players. So loic remy is your own idea of solving chelsea's strker-issue.
