Just seen that a couple of UK newspapers saying that 'reports from Germany' are that Real Madrid have come in for Kai Havertz and that RM are his dream club. Am desperately hoping this is just paper talk but not sure what the Eds have heard or made of this if anything?
{Ed002's Note - As I have previously explained, Real Madrid have other priorities and have signed an alternative already - it is unlikely their funds will stretch to KH this summer so they propose a deal like Nobby Keita where the transfer is agreed for next summer at a fixed fee with a deposit paid now and the player staying another year in Germany - but the deposit might well be in the form of a player or two and that may not satisfy Bayer Leverkusen.}

Just posted on wrong page - Banter rather than this one - that I hoped that a couple of UK paper reports in the last couple of hours that Real Madrid had come in for Havertz were not true and hoped that an Ed might be able to comment, Was desperately hoping we'd get Havertz. so hope this is just a paper talk rumour nothing more.
