Several websites saying that Chelsea have pulled out of the race to sign Hazard and that Spurs almost signed him in January. Any truth to this Ed? {Ed002's Note - Nothing has changed - Chelsea's interest does not include everyone who matters hence efforts over Moura. This was discussed last month.}
