Kevin the Eds stick their neck on the line every day by giving us the indepth info they do. Almost every question gets answered with a list on interests teams. We are interested in Falcao, we have held talks with Athletico, a January move looks unlikely. That seems pretty straightforward mate.

The more I think about it the more I want cavani over Falcao. Don't get me wrong I'd take both in an instant but there's a few things that sway my opinion. To start cavani is a legitimate aerial threat (not that Falcao isn't but cavani is at a different level). Secondly cavani has more pace than Falcao which will really make for a headache for the defenders as he can put muscle you and run in behind you. I think cavani will hold the ball up better than Falcao as well which gives the three amigos more room. I realize he won't be nearly as clinical as Falcao but I think he adds something that Falcao can't in terms of being the big man up top. I just remember the reason drogba was so good was that he could make a chance out of absolutely nothing and I think cavani can do this.
