Some reports saying that Lucas Piazon has agreed a pre-contract with Chelsea and also Chelsea's bid for the 19 year-old Belgian striker Kevin De Bruyne has informally been accepted by his club, RC Genk. Is there any truth in this ED? {Ed001's Note - sorry it took a while to reply, but our man in the know on Chelsea, Ed002, is not about so I had to ask around the people other than him I know with Chelsea sources. They all agree that Piazon is pretty much certain to be joining and that De Bruyne is a target but don't believe an offer has yet been accepted but do believe that talks are advanced enough for them to agree to Chelsea holding informal talks with the player.}
