Hey Ed, just a few questions on Wesley Sneijder

1. Was it his wage demands that was a stopping block from negotiations with Chelsea and the player.

2. will Chelsea return with an offer for him as they were rebuffed by Tottenham who seem to want silly money for Modric?

Sneijder is availible and Essien will be used as part of the package to bring him to the bridge, as will drogba in the modric deal.....aguero deal is dead as is lukaku with Anderlect trying to drain as much money out of chelsea as possible...thoughts ED??? {Ed001's Note - I am not convinced Drogba and Essien will be used in any kind of swap deal.}

Also read a little about Kaka possibly leaving Real, more than likely to head back to Italy though. {Ed002's Note - Yes, but both Chelsea and Manchester United failed to put a package together that was acceptable to the player after discussions with his representatives. Juventus then spent two days with his representatives and whilst we don't know whether they came up with the right package for the player, but they did make an offer to negotiate a fee with Atletico Madrid, but that was rejected. I don't see Chelsea going back with another package for the player just yet. I would not yet entirely rule out Real Madrid regardless of what has been said. Again I am not so sure Manchester United have completely removed themselves from the equation after failing, like Chelsea, to put an acceptable package together for the player. Now we have Aguero and his representatives trying to get Roma and Bayern Munich to make a bid. As we stand right now Barcelona, Manchester City and Liverpool are out of the loop. If they wish to get involved they know what they will need to do. It is all about money.}

Talks have been going on for a while and he will move from Turkey this summer. Dortmund apparently, remain interested but Villarreal have dropped any interest that they had. Spurs have dipped their toe in the water over the player and I suspect Valencia and Chelsea are keeping a watchful eye on matters. I am surprised that Liverpool have not followed up the interest they previously had in the player.}

Well, I've been following this web for days. Adn this are my doubts and thoughts.
So we are looking for a CMF as Sneijder or Luka Modric, no? But in the race for Sneijder Man. United are in 1st position, as I have just read in ESPN soccernet. So, if Tottenham demmands more money for Luka, is Chelsea seriusly going for this guy? I wish so, he is incredible and for me he is what Chelsea needs in the midfield.

As AMF we are trying to get Pastore, right? but wich other options are Chelsea thinking about? Hazard maybe? pjanic?

Neymar case looks that is going to end with the brazilian star dressing the all-white t-shirt of Real madrid. Well, he is amazing, but I think that Ag ero is dozens times better. I dont think that Ag ero will move to Bar a as they lack of money and they are really trying to sign Rossi, italian striker of Villareal. But if we dont get Neymar or even Ag ero, do you know if we are considering other options? if yes, wich ones?

So bayern wants Alex and maybe Ivanovic is moving. That means that we will remain with Terry and David Luiz. Terry is getting aged, so we have in mind Subotic (I really like this player), but we should have a 4th defender, Godin? he is already 25... we should go for Ranocchia or Sakho.

hey ed, whats the situation with lukaku, he said he wanted his future sorted weeks ago, is that already sorted? is he on the verge of becoming a chelsea player? {Ed002's Note - It is no different than I have explained previously. Lukaku is simply a matter of money. Anderlecht want a lot more than Chelsea are willing to pay.}

So we are bidding for players...HOORAY!! modric would be a great signing but i still beleive that he would need to be joined by the likes of Pastore?, a winger (mata?) and another stiker (hopefully get rid of Kalou and Anelka) and bring in Aguero? Cavani? or Lavezzi?

what are the possibilities of Mata, Cavani and Lavezzi Ed??

Arda is an option but there is strong interest from elsewhere (notably Atletico Madrid). I understand de Bruyne is considering his options and is not keen on a temporary move to Anderlecht that was proposed at one time. There is nothing new with respect to VDW.}
