I listened to a podcast on Kai Havertz and Jadon Sancho by Christian Falk and Dean Jones which I thought I'd share.
Guys I think the whole alleged KH transfer has been taken out of context and it isn't a done deal as many have claimed on here and other platforms. It is far from being a 'done deal' unfortunately and as Ed2 said its just noise at the moment.
They don't believe Chelsea will have a free run at a player of his quality, however that is an opinion. They mention Real Madrid trying to work on a deal which includes player exchanges which is what Ed2 said to us from the outset.
KH is very likely to leave Bayer, however the destination is unclear. Chelsea appear to be the front runners due the C.V. apparently. However, nothing major that has happened to create anything other than false noise.

Ed in past has said it wouldn't be unreasonable to think something couldn't be completed, but I agree, definitely no where near a done deal. I think we will have to wait and see how this one progresses and it may go to final days of transfer window, to our frustration. I believe what the Ed's have said about Kai wanting the move etc so we shall see. I'm trying to not get my hopes up but a player of his quality will solve a lot of our creativity from midfield problems. Let's hope we can get this one over the line and then maybe my blood pressure will decrease haha.

It wouldn't be unreasonable to get something done hence why its rated 7/ 10. However, nothing major has happened which contradicts all the noise, far from it and it is certainly not a 'done deal' as we all would have liked and had been hearing.
It will be very difficult transfer to complete and your right it could take a very very long time. The longer it takes the more likely other clubs would get involved in my opinion.

Yeah all the stuff being reported really contradicts what was reported a day before hand. It definitely is confusing me. Have to see what happens!

I think the main thing that goes in our favour is the fact that Chelsea are willing to may a money offer were other teams are wanting to add player swaps into any deal. Havertz is also apparently good friends with Werner.

That Falk journo keeps changing his mind on the transfer. He says one thing and then writes another. He’s covering all bases. wouldn't believe anything until you see it on the Chelsea Website.

100% agree regards the confusion. Far too many journalists were jumping the gun with news. If it happens then great and if it doesn't then that's a pity but we move on.

Exactly Adam. Falk does seem to change his mind a lot.
Fabrizo Romano did say that KH told Bayer that he wants to leave. The Chelsea board apparently got in touch with his agents and Kai said he would like Chelsea as the next step.
Nothing has been reported since and some journalists such as Falk, Fab and Simon are assuming nothings happened as they cannot confirm any talks between the clubs.
However, that maybe because Chelsea is probably one of the hardest clubs for journalists to get info out from re: transfer. Most the info we know to date appears to have come from the KH's corner.

All I’d say is looking at our last two transfers no one saw them coming. That said I believe we’d get Havertz .

Any mention of Chelsea employing the service of a Lawyer called Micheal Becker (that worked on deals for Werner and Ballck) for the Kai Havertz deal?

I remember Ed002 talked about Chelsea using some creative means/ measure in the Kai Havertz deal, perhaps, the creative measure is in place.

I hope KH arrives but I still think he'll go to RM (either this summer or next) which is where he wants to be.
