Ancelotti will be leaving in the summer, after being dumped out of the Champions League. A number of options are being looked at, as well as those close to Abramovich urging him to bring back Mourinho. Although Roman still wants his dream team of Hiddink and Guardiola.
Regardless of who's at the helm, transfer targets close to being agreed are Van der Wiel 12M from Ajax, Lakalu 24M Anderlecht.

AS Roma set to offer Chelsea 6 Million Euros to release Ancelloti a year early from contract. .
I think it's more than clear that Ancellotti is leaving.
I would love to see Mourinho return but fear he is earmarked for Utd!
I think we'll see Hiddink as Director of Football type role and then Rijkaard or Van Basten working as Coach.
I still lie in hope the special one will return though!

Hey ed, Is it true about Juan Mata and Nuri Sahin coming to Chelsea next season? I feel they would be great additions to our squad. I would be happy with one, if not both. {Ed002's Note - They are options that have been looked at - no more than that at present. Chelsea have looked at a lot of other options and a number of other clubs will be interested in both players.}

Ed, I am a tad confused with the Lukaku transfer situation. I feel that he would not be able to function at Chelsea after the signing of Torres. First off he will be rather expensive ( £20M). Second his style of play doesn't match up with Torres in the slightest because they are both lone strikers although with different styles. Also I fear that if Torres would struggle then people would call for Lukaku much like the current situation with Drogba and Torres which is proving to be bad for the team. I fully agree that Lukaku has the cieling to be Drogba esque, I just don't feel that would happen while Torres is in the squad. If you could clear me up it would greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help! {Ed002's Note - All clubs need options and all Lukaku would be doing, if he did move is providing another option to Torres and whoever else is available. But you are right, he would be expensive and he does remain an unproven raw talet.}
